Contact Center configuration
Please note that simulator checks for contact center settings in following order:
- Checks if contact center has a holiday (SAT or SUN) or has been explicitly marked as holiday with below settings.
- Not selecting a date will default the date to "tomorrow".
- Checks if contact center is closed (in non-working hours outside 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM) or has been explicitly marked as closed with below settings.
- Checks for working hours within 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM.
This means if contact center has a holiday, it will override closed or open setting.
- Not selecting a date will default the date to "tomorrow".
